開機(jī)前檢查設(shè)備的硬件有無(wú)問題。
接通電源后，進(jìn)行空機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，看機(jī)臺(tái)翻轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，控制箱變頻器是否程序運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，機(jī)臺(tái)有無(wú)異常。
產(chǎn)品入槽時(shí)候需要注意產(chǎn)品后序要求（表面要求）若要求表面平整光滑，光潔，盡量放入之前注意一次性切勿放入過量。盡可能平穩(wěn)有序放入。
根據(jù)不同的產(chǎn)品，配置不同的研磨石與研磨藥劑等，用不同的工藝進(jìn)行研磨、倒角、去披鋒、毛刺、拋光等處理。
研磨過如程中（特別是夏天），如若出現(xiàn)磨料與產(chǎn)品之間出現(xiàn)粘稠狀，需要加水進(jìn)行清洗沖洗。
研磨完成后，把機(jī)臺(tái)機(jī)槽沖洗干凈，最好再用剛好淹到磨料表面水浸泡。（減少磨料耗損，降低成本）
機(jī)臺(tái)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，關(guān)掉電源，清掃設(shè)備，做好設(shè)備的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)。（正常保養(yǎng)是半個(gè)月加一次黃油）
