耐磨陶瓷滾筒的性能優(yōu)點：
與傳統(tǒng)的包膠滾筒相比，其優(yōu)勢在于：
1. 耐磨性能優(yōu)異，使用壽命長
經(jīng)中南大學粉末冶金研究所測定，特種陶瓷的耐磨性相當于錳鋼的266倍，高鉻鑄鐵的171.5倍。根據(jù)的現(xiàn)場運行經(jīng)驗，皮帶機陶瓷滾筒、輸送帶陶瓷滾筒耐用時間至少5年以上，減少維修頻次和費用。
實踐證明，陶瓷滾筒使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)包膠滾筒的10倍以上。
2. 摩擦阻力大，不打滑
