INCO-WELD C 焊條是一種不銹鋼焊條，特別適用于手工電弧焊，它的可焊材料范圍很寬，包括那些被認(rèn)為焊接性很差的材料。它可以用來焊接不銹鋼、低碳或中碳鋼以及彈簧鋼。用這種焊條焊接，焊縫金屬允許有很寬的熔覆率范圍；同時(shí)焊縫金屬中鐵素體的含量很高也使其具有突出的抗裂能力。焊縫金屬還具備較高的拉伸強(qiáng)度和沖擊強(qiáng)度，同時(shí)具有突出的耐熱和耐蝕性。這種焊條的特點(diǎn)使其特別適用于對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備日常的維修焊接。如果在那些硬度較高的合金表面用INCO-WELD C 焊條進(jìn)行堆焊，則堆焊墊層能起到良好的緩沖效果。
INCO-WELD C 焊條適于全位置焊接，焊接時(shí)使用直流電源，焊條正接反接皆可但推薦使用直流正接。

INCO - WELD ? C electrode
The INCO-WELD C electrode is a stainless steel electrode that is especially suitable for manual arc welding. It has a wide range of weldable materials, including materials considered to be poorly welded. It can be used to weld stainless steel, low carbon or medium carbon steel and spring steel. Welding with this welding rod allows a wide range of cladding. At the same time, the high content of ferrite in the weld metal also makes it have outstanding anti-cracking ability. Weld metal also has high tensile strength and impact strength, and has outstanding heat resistance and corrosion resistance. This kind of welding rod is especially suitable for the daily repair and welding of mechanical equipment. If it is surfacing with inco-weld C electrode on the surface of the alloy with high hardness, the surfacing layer can provide a good cushioning effect.
INCO-WELD C welding rod is suitable for full position welding, and dc power supply is used when welding. The welding rod is connected to the reverse, but it is recommended to use direct current.
