INCO-WELDR 725NDUR焊絲AWS A 5.14 ERNiCrMo-15保材質(zhì)
INCO-WELD 725NDUR焊絲其實(shí)就是具有時(shí)效強(qiáng)化能力的INCONEL 625填充金屬。焊后熱處理之后，其具有和INCONEL 625填充金屬一樣優(yōu)秀的耐蝕能力，并且具有更高的強(qiáng)度和硬度。油田應(yīng)用環(huán)境要求低合金鋼（例如AISI 4130）的應(yīng)力釋放溫度范圍和INCO-WELD 725NDUR填充金屬的時(shí)效強(qiáng)化溫度范圍是一致的。如果焊后退火之后接著進(jìn)行時(shí)效處理，有可能達(dá)到更高的強(qiáng)度。
這種焊絲可以用于熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和鎢極氣體保護(hù)焊，可以獲得又強(qiáng)又硬的焊縫。

The inc-weld 725NDUR welding wire is actually INCONEL 625 filler metal with aging enhancement capability. After welding heat treatment, it has the same excellent corrosion resistance as INCONEL 625 filler metal, and has higher strength and hardness. The temperature range of the stress release temperature of low alloy steel (such as AISI 4130) and the aging of inc-weld 725NDUR filler metal are consistent in the application environment of the oilfield. If the post-weld annealing is followed by an aging treatment, it is possible to reach a higher intensity.
This kind of wire can be used for the welding of gas welding electrode and tungsten gas protection welding.
