INCOFLUXR 4 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 4 埋弧焊劑是一種燒結(jié)焊劑，設(shè)計與INCONEL 82焊絲匹配使用，INCONEL 82焊絲是一種含鉻20％的高鎳合金。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是INCONEL600／601合金、INCOLOY 800合金相互之間及它們與鐵素體金屬材料之間的開坡口焊接。這種焊絲和焊劑的匹配尤其適用于碳鋼與不銹鋼之間的焊接，因為其熔敷金屬具有最優(yōu)的熱脹系數(shù)。這種焊劑的另一個主要應(yīng)用是與INCONEL 82填充金屬相匹配，在碳鋼表面堆焊形成耐蝕耐氧化層。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時或600oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。

The INCOFLUX 4 submerged arc welding agent is a sintering flux, which is designed to be used with INCONEL 82 welding wire. INCONEL 82 welding wire is a high nickel alloy with 20 % chromium. The typical application of this flux is INCONEL600/601 alloy, INCOLOY 800 alloy, and their welding between them and ferritic metal materials. This kind of wire and flux matching is especially suitable for welding between carbon steel and stainless steel because of its optimal thermal expansion coefficient. Another major application of this flux is the matching of the INCONEL 82 filler metal to the surface of carbon steel.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
