INCOFLUXR 5 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 5 埋弧焊劑設計與MONEL 60焊絲匹配使用，MONEL 60焊絲是一種含銅30％的高鎳合金。這種焊劑的典型應用是MONEL 400合金自身之間及其與鐵素體金屬材料之間的開坡口焊接。這種焊劑的一個主要應用是與MONEL 60填充金屬相匹配，在碳鋼表面堆焊形成耐蝕保護層。這種焊劑還可以與Ni-Rod FC 55藥芯焊絲匹配應用于鑄鐵之間或鑄鐵與碳鋼之間的焊接，或者是鑄鐵的堆焊。

儲藏和干燥條件

The INCOFLUX 5 submerged arc welding agent is designed to match the MONEL 60 welding wire, which is a high nickel alloy with 30 % copper. The typical application of this kind of flux is MONEL 400 alloy itself and its weld with the open groove of ferritic metal materials. One of the main applications of this flux is to match with the MONEL 60 filler metal, which is surfacing on the surface of carbon steel to form an anticorrosive coating. The flux can also be applied to welding between cast iron or cast iron and carbon steel, or cast iron surfacing, with Ni-Rod FC 55.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
