INCOFLUXR NT120 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX NT120 埋弧焊劑是一種燒結焊劑，設計與INCONEL 622、INCO-WELD C276／686CPT焊絲匹配使用，這些焊絲都是耐蝕的鎳-鉻-鉬-鎢合金材料。這種焊劑的典型應用是與焊絲化學成分相近的母材金屬自身之間或與鐵素體金屬材料之間的開坡口焊接。這種焊劑與焊絲的匹配也可用于很多種耐蝕含鉬合金例如904L、316、317合金以及雙相不銹鋼和C-276、C-22、622、59、C-2000合金的焊接。這種焊劑的另一個主要應用是與NiCrMoW填充金屬相匹配，在碳鋼表面堆焊形成耐蝕耐氧化層。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時或600oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。

The INCOFLUX NT120 submerged arc welding agent is a sintering flux which is designed to match INCONEL 622, INCO-WELD C276/686CPT welding wire, which are corrosion-resistant nickel-chrome-molybdenum-tungsten alloy materials. The typical application of this flux is to weld the metal itself between the metal itself of the wire or the metal material of the ferrite metal. The solder and wire matching can also be used in many kinds of corrosion - resistant, molybdenum alloys such as 904L, 316, 317 alloys and double - phase stainless steel and c-276, c-22, 622, 59, c-2000 alloy welding. Another major application of this flux is the matching of NiCrMoW filled metal to the surface of carbon steel.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
