      多組份協(xié)效阻燃(服裝)面料的最大特點(diǎn)是將防護(hù)性和濕熱管理功能完美結(jié)合。這種產(chǎn)品以纖維素阻燃纖維為基礎(chǔ),纖維素阻燃纖維的吸濕性及透濕性使用者已經(jīng)深有體會(huì)。面料的水汽轉(zhuǎn)移阻耐性能(Ret)越小,面料的透濕性越好,將會(huì)提高阻燃服的舒適性。其測(cè)量方法參照GB/T11048-2008《熱組合濕阻的測(cè)定》、ISO11092標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。EN469消防滅火服的性能要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出,水汽轉(zhuǎn)移阻礙性能指標(biāo)低于30較好。水汽轉(zhuǎn)移阻礙性能取決于纖維素阻燃纖維的混紡比例,纖維素阻燃纖維含量越大,水汽轉(zhuǎn)移阻礙性越小,阻燃防護(hù)服的舒適性越強(qiáng)。經(jīng)檢測(cè),當(dāng)纖維素阻燃纖維的含量大于50%時(shí),Ret值低于30。以纖維素阻燃纖維為基礎(chǔ),以芳綸1414為骨架,根據(jù)不同要求配以防靜電纖維或其他功能纖維,使其具有透氣、吸濕,調(diào)節(jié)人體熱量的功能;遇到火焰有防止熱收縮及燃燒破裂的特點(diǎn),選用合理的配比可使防爆裂功能可發(fā)揮到極限。再配以2%防靜電纖維,使產(chǎn)品成為本質(zhì)阻燃,防靜電、防止熱收縮、防止燃燒破裂,舒適性好、強(qiáng)力高的新面料,價(jià)位僅是老IIIA(芳綸1313/芳綸1414/導(dǎo)電絲:93:5:2)面料的1/2。
